i guess the mexidol helping fix my horrid guts was not just placebo after all. i ran out the other week without realizing it (i am not like other girls, i am deficient in more minerals, and often do not immediately realize when i am out of something because there are just too many damn pills to keep up with) and started having horrible diarrhea every day. i have since restocked and after a few days, i am fine again.
idk why an antioxidant medication would restore my ability to eat meat and dairy, albeit in limited quantities. then again i never knew why i started having trouble eating meat in the first place. i, of course, have malabsorbtion issues (they are in fashion) so i never gleaned enough calcium and iron from eating animal products to make it worth the resulting digestive turmoil. now that i can combine diet AND supplements i almost feel normal some days. boy howdy.
